We can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests on one booking, (5 adults max, plus a cot).
The reservation system will allocate the number of bedrooms based on the number of guests you select. The King Size bedroom will always be allocated first.
1x Executive Double Bedroom with a King size bed - Sleeps 2 guests - (Select 1 or 2 guests)
To add a Standard Double Bedroom - Sleeps 2 guests (Select 3 or 4 guests)
To add a Standard Single Bedroom - Sleeps 1 guest (Select 3 or 5 guests)
Example: if all 3 bedrooms are required, please select the number of guests as 5 to add the correct amount of rooms.

We welcome all of our guests like family!
Guests have the private use of the hot tub, a relaxing garden, and a well stocked Summerhouse Bar.
Guests can make use of a large Garden Room, which boasts a large seating area, dinning table, TV, and sound system.
A continental style breakfast is included for all reservations, served from 07:00hrs to 09:30hrs daily.
Snacks and soft drinks are available to buy on site.
Electric Vehicle Charging Available
Tethered Type 2 charger (7.2KW) is onsite for our guests use.

Cyclist friendly accommodation
We are cyclist friendly and offer secure storage in a locked garage with CCTV. E-bike charging facilities. Outside bike wash facilities and outside shower available.
We are located alongside a local cycle track which joins the Route 33 National Cycle Network nearby, which takes you directly to the Seafront and onwards.
Route 33 will take keen cyclists from the lively city of Bristol to the English Channel at Seaton. Along the route you’ll pass through beautiful West Country landscapes and cycle past historic country houses such as Ashton Court Estate. A short detour takes you to the beautiful Tyntesfield House.
As we operate as a Bed & Breakfast, the house is also our home, along with Maximus, our friendly 11 year old Golden Retriever. He is a big softie and will bring you toys and expect hugs.
We have our own private lounge and do not use the garden or hot tub when we have guests with us. The guest areas are private for your stay.
We all look forward to greeting you on arrival, when we will show you around the B&B, and answer any questions you may have.
