As we are a B&B, we also live at the property with our friendly 12 year old Golden Retriever, Maximus.
We have 2 bedrooms currently available to book, either on a Bed & Breakfast, or Room Only basis. Please check which reservation basis you are booking to ensure we have catered correctly for your requirements.
We have:
1x Superior Double Bedroom with a King size bed - Sleeps 2 guests plus a cot if required (Under 3's only)
1x Delux Double Bedroom with a Double size bed - Sleeps 2 guests plus a cot if required (Under 3's only)
For guests that select the Bed & Breakfast rate, a varied continental buffet is served between the hours of 07:30 and 09:30.
We are well located for a visit to Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a relaxing break away, with the use of a private garden, summerhouse, hot tub, and a free EV charger, you won't be disappointed. Guests also have a private garden room which opens up to the garden.
Your hosts, Cai & Mell, have their own private lounge and bathroom.
Hair dryers and hot drinks making facilities are available in all bedrooms.
There is one private bathroom for the guests use, accessed across a shared landing. It has a bath with shower overhead and handrails for safe access, WC, sink, and heated towel rail. There is also an outside shower for garden/hot tub use.
Spend time relaxing in the garden hot tub, sunbathing in the garden, or chilling in the Summerhouse Bar!
We are conveniently located for Junction 21 of the M5, making us the perfect choice for visiting the surrounding areas, or for an overnight stop-off to make those long journeys more enjoyable!

Guests have the private use of the hot tub, a relaxing garden, and a well stocked Summerhouse Bar.
Guests can make use of a large Garden Room, which boasts a large seating area, dinning table, TV, and sound system.
A continental style breakfast is included for all reservations, served from 07:30hrs to 09:30hrs daily.
Snacks and soft drinks are available to buy on site.

Cyclist friendly accommodation
We are cyclist friendly and offer secure storage in a locked garage with CCTV. E-bike charging facilities. Outside bike wash facilities and outside shower available.
We are located alongside a local cycle track which joins the Route 33 National Cycle Network nearby, which takes you directly to the Seafront and onwards.
Route 33 will take keen cyclists from the lively city of Bristol to the English Channel at Seaton. Along the route you’ll pass through beautiful West Country landscapes and cycle past historic country houses such as Ashton Court Estate. A short detour takes you to the beautiful Tyntesfield House.
As we operate as a Bed & Breakfast, the house is also our home, along with Maximus, our friendly 11 year old Golden Retriever. He is a big softie and will bring you toys and expect hugs.
We have our own private lounge and do not use the garden or hot tub when we have guests with us. The guest areas are private for your stay.
